I began my real estate career in 1997 when I started with Remax. Prior to this I had a great deal of exposure to sales environments working along side many successful sales representatives, which I believe gave me the drive and confidence to pursue my own career in sales.
In 2000 I expanded my qualifications and earned my Broker license, offering me an even broader understanding of real estate operations and laws. In addition to real estate educational seminars and courses, I also regularly attend Sales Training Workshops offered by industry leaders such as Floyd Wickman, Chris Leader, and Richard Robbins.
In 2004 I began training new agents to our Remax office with the “Succeed” course, passing on to them what I have learned through many different transactions.
Over the years I have gained invaluable experience in all areas of real estate and continue to strive to be cutting edge on education, programs, sales training, technology and all other areas which give you, my client, the biggest advantage.
I love this business for the relationships I create as I go along. When I look back on my career, my fondest memories are the smiles I see when a client finds out that their offer has been accepted, their home has just been sold, or they have just gotten approval from their bank. It is gratifying to be able to help someone achieve their goals.
My service does not end at the sale, however. I strive to stay in touch with my clients on a regular basis in order to continue to offer my knowledge and advice whenever they may need it. And of course, repeat business and client referrals are the greatest compliment anyone could give me.
It is my pleasure to help you with your real estate needs and anyone you would entrust to me in the future.
